1. Information We Collect

1. User-Provided Content

   • Model Photos: When you upload a selfie or other photo to try on clothes, that image is transmitted to our servers for AI processing.

   • Garment Images: Any clothing images you upload (from our catalog or your own camera roll).

   • Support Requests: If you contact us via email or in-app feedback, you may voluntarily provide personal details (e.g. name, email).

2. Automatically Collected Data

   • Device & Usage Data: App version, device model, operating system, crash logs, and basic usage statistics (e.g. number of try-ons).

   • Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized analytics via third-party tools (e.g. Firebase Analytics) to help us improve the App.

3. No Login Required

   • We do not require you to create an account or submit an email/password to use the core service. All try-ons can be done anonymously.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

• AI Processing: We use your uploaded images solely to generate virtual try-on previews and then discard them (see Data Retention below).

• App Improvement: Aggregated analytics inform feature development and performance optimizations.

• Support: Contact information you provide when seeking help is used only to respond to your inquiry.

3. Data Retention

• Image Processing: Uploaded photos are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) on secure servers, then automatically deleted once the virtual try-on is generated.

• Analytics & Logs: Usage logs and analytics data are retained in anonymized form for up to 90 days.

• Support Records: Support correspondence may be retained for up to 1 year to ensure consistent customer service.

 

4. No Third-Party Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal photos or identifiable information with advertisers or other third parties.

• Image processing is performed on our secure cloud infrastructure; no other parties have access to your raw photos.

• Any payment information (for subscriptions) is handled exclusively by the App Store / Google Play Store and is subject to their Privacy Policies. We do not see or store your payment details.

5. Security

• We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit.

• Server-side, all images and logs are stored on encrypted disks with strict access controls.

• We regularly audit and update our infrastructure to address new security threats.

6. Your Rights

• Access & Deletion: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask for deletion of all such data, by emailing privacy@wearai.app.

• Opt-Out of Analytics: You can disable analytics tracking in the App’s Settings at any time.

• Uninstalling: Deleting the App from your device removes local data; any residual server-side data will expire per our retention policy.

7. Children’s Privacy

Wear AI is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of any such data, we will delete it immediately upon verification.

 

8. International Transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union and United States. By using Wear AI, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in those jurisdictions under strong data-protection agreements.

 

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The “Effective Date” at the top will change when we do. Your continued use of the App or Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
